and non-profit organizations. |
Using
a wide variety of tools and concepts including those from The Newfield
Network, MBTI, transactional analysis, and the Leadership Architect
from Lominger Limited, we work with individuals and small management
teams. Depending on the needs of the client, we engage in confidential
conversations on the phone or in person. Always, however, our focus
is on listening. We believe that we best serve our clients by listening
creatively.

The CoachWise concept and vision continues to develop and
grow as our clients change and grow. Our approach is consistently
client attentive. Our clients live in a fast-

world, one that excites, stimulates, and challenges them. At times
it can exhaust or alarm them. As we have conversations with clients,
they learn the value of stepping back from the day to day stress and
pressures of that world to reflect, gain objectivity, and rejoin their
organizational colleagues with renewed strength and creative energy.
We
want to serve our clients in meaningful ways, so we asked what was
most valuable to them. Several of them spoke of the positive affect
of our coaching and comment on the value of our "wisdom and experience."
The name "CoachWise" seems a good fit for what we bring.

Helms has twenty years of experience as a human resource practitioner
and executive search consultant and entrepreneur. She is actively
involved in the field of Human Resources and has a working knowledge
of leading edge human resource practices and current trends.
